Well, my plane came in at 7:30 local (pacific) time and now I'm here in LA. Janelle lives in San Pedro, a city that's part of LA but not necessarily downtown. San Pedro is where they shoot a bunch of movies for Hollywood, usually involving high speed chases and when the cars get air going over a hill. Very technical stuff. Heh. We're such college nerds--both sitting here on our laptops, experimenting with different pointer settings. Right now we have a running horse for when it's a busy sign (the hourglass was too ordinary.)
